Tennessee Tech in the home opener at 10 a.m. on Sunday.

Home Opener
App State will face Tennessee Tech in its home opener on Sunday at 11 a.m. at Deer Valley Racquet Club.
Scouting Virginia Tech
The Hokies are 2-2 following a 4-3 win over Tulane last Sunday. Three student-athletes boast at least three wins in singles with Carlo Donato and Mitch Harper each boasting 4-0 records. At the No. 1 spot, Henrik Korsgaard is 3-1 heading into Saturday. VT is 14-9 in singles through its first four matches. Korsgaard/Alex Ribeiro are 3-0 as a tandem to lead VT in doubles. Three other duos have at least one win, giving the Hokies a
6-5 mark.
Scouting Tennessee Tech
Tennessee Tech is 0-3 after facing two Power Five programs, falling to Mississippi State twice and most recently Wake Forest. TTU is the fourth team from Tennessee that App State will have played this season through the first five matches. Elias Grubert is 2-1 in singles to lead the Golden Eagles, while Lucca Silva/Riku Kubota are the lone tandem to boast a victory in doubles.
