App State Athletics Student Worker Positions
Students at App State have the opportunity to secure a variety of professional growth opportunities during their undergraduate and post-graduate careers. These opportunities can be essential for students seeking a career in sports following graduation. Student assistants are normally interviewed and placed prior to the start of the sport season. However, applications are accepted throughout the year.
All student workers for App State Athletics will be part of the Athletic Operations Club, AOC, which is a centralized location for information regarding internships, resume building, connection building, and assisting programs such as athletic training, equipment, videographer, marketing, and coaching. The Athletic Operations Club allows students to gain experience in athletics for future career aspirations, to learn about the opportunities in athletics, to engage with athletes, coaches, and staff to increase student involvement with athletics and all sports across the university, and increase community involvement to bring campus and athletics together.
