🟡 Tap & Go Entry (NFC) – No more scanning barcodes. Just tap your phone or watch at the gate – like paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
🟡 Account Binding (Apple Users) – Your tickets are securely linked from your App State Athletics Ticket account to your Apple ID to prevent fraud and ensure smooth entry.
 

How to Get Ready for Game Day:

1. DOWNLOAD TO YOUR PRIMARY DEVICE
🟡 Log in to your [My Account]
🟡 Download your season ticket to your mobile wallet.
🟡 Apple users: Add to the iPhone you'll bring to the game.

2. SHARE TICKETS THE RIGHT WAY
🟡 If friends or family need their own ticket, use the My Account transfer option.
🟡 Screenshots, emails or texts will not work.

3. TAP & GO ON GAME DAY
🟡 Hold your phone or watch near the gate reader – you're in!

To protect your account, always download your mobile tickets to your primary phone that you want to use for the 2025 season before transferring any tickets.

New for Apple Users: Account Binding

Starting this year, Apple has implemented Account Binding when single-game transfers or purchased tickets from App State Athletics are downloaded to your Apple Wallet.

What is Account Binding?
🟡 Account binding adds security to your mobile tickets by binding/linking your App State Athletics ticket account to your Apple ID.
🟡 This prevents unauthorized sharing while keeping the same easy entry experience you're used to.
🟡 It is highly recommended that you promptly download your tickets from your My Account to the Account Primary iPhone you plan to use for entry on game day. This will help prevent any confusion with other single-game tickets you may have.
 

A Guide to Successful Account Binding

Step 1: Choose your Account Primary iPhone
🟡 Before anyone adds a ticket to an Apple Wallet, your group needs to designate one person as the Account Primary iPhone.
🟡 The Account Primary iPhone adds the first ticket to their Apple Wallet and will be the one to transfer tickets to others if needed.

Step 2: Choose your Account Primary iPhone
🟡 The Account Primary iPhone will be the one to transfer tickets to anyone who will enter the event separately via My Account in their App State account.
🟡 Each member who wants a ticket on their own device must have their own App State ticket account to accept transfer tickets from the Account Primary.

Step 3: Always use your My Account transfer in your App State ticket account to share tickets with family and friends
🟡 Sharing log-ins, screenshots, emails or texts with ticket links will result in disabled passes.
