KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — App State Men's Golf will host a 11-team field for the Irish Creek Intercollegiate on Monday and Tuesday.
Played on a par-71 layout at The Club at Irish Creek, a Davis Love III signature course, the 54-hole event will have 9 a.m. shotgun starts for 36 continuous holes Monday and the final 18 holes Tuesday.

App State's five-man lineup will consist of
Herman Huus,
Ben Read,
Max Cranford,
Alex Martin and
James Gradisek.
Aidan Browning,
Cole Bergheim,
Rob Bergevin and
Jack Seward will compete as individuals.
The field will include golfers from three Sun Belt programs and five in-state Division I programs. In addition to App State, the other teams in the field are Catawba, Howard, Lehigh, Maryland Eastern Shore, North Carolina A&T, North Carolina Central, Old Dominion, Presbyterian, Sandhills Community College and Troy. UNCG and Charlotte will be represented by individual competitors.
Last year, App State took sixth in a 15-team field, led by 10th-place individual finishes from
Aidan Browning and
Herman Huus.
App State's 2026 spring season is presented by Hound Ears Club.
