BOONE, N.C. — App State Men's Golf student-athletes Herman Huss and
Max Cranford earned Academic All-District honors in the at-large category from the College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization announced this week.
All-District teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. To qualify, a student-athlete must be a key contributor who earns at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and is at least a sophomore both academically and athletically.
Cranford carried a 3.95 GPA as a graduate student, while Huus finished the 2026 spring with a cumulative GPA of 3.66.
