ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. — A ninth-place finish from
Addison Beam and a sixth-place finish in a 19-team field summed up App State Men's Golf's appearance at the Sea Palms Invitational in Georgia.
Beam used a final-round 69 to jump from 27th to ninth and finish with a 5-over total of 218 over three rounds.
Timothius Tirto Tamardi tied for 19th, helped by a final-round 70, while
Sverrir Haraldsson and Lukas Jonsson tied for 24th place.
Ryan Marter finished in 31st, and
Justin Morgan was 60th.
The Mountaineers played under the direction of App State director of golf
Heather Brown this weekend.
