JONESBORO, Ark. – App State women's tennis is set for a road match on Sunday against conference opponent Arkansas State at 10 a.m.
SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS (3-10, 1-3 SBC)
- App State dropped its last match 4-0 to Coastal Carolina on Wednesday.
- Erika Dodridge is undefeated in her last five singles matches and her last three doubles matches.
- Dodridge and Helena Jansen lead the team in singles wins with 11 apiece.
- Dodridge also leads the team in doubles wins with eight, followed by Ellie Murphy with seven.
SCOUTING THE RED WOLVES (4-9, 0-3 SBC)
- Arkansas State fell in its first three Sun Belt matches to Texas State, Louisiana and ULM.
- Emily Surcey leads the team in singles wins with 16, followed by Thea Rice with 14.
- Rice also leads the team in doubles wins with 15, followed by Surcey with 14.
