BOONE, N.C. – Fresh off its first Sun Belt Tournament title and first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2000, App State men's basketball will host its Tip-Off Dinner on Oct. 29.
The event will take place in the Holmes Center and begin at 6:30 p.m.
"We are excited to announce that our annual Tip-Off Dinner will return this fall," said head coach
Dustin Kerns. "It will be a special night celebrating last season's team while also previewing this season's team. We can't wait to see the Mountaineer faithful on October 29th!"
Fans who have signed up for the event will be treated to a dinner and reveal of the Sun Belt Championship and NCAA Tournament banner.
In addition, former Mountaineer head coach and App State Hall of Fame member Bobby Cremins will serve as guest speaker.
A silent auction, remarks from Kerns and a question-and-answer session with the 2021-22 team will also take place during the evening.
