BOONE, N.C. -- Appalachian State men's basketball eyes its 12th straight non-conference home victory on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. against Milligan. The contest is the final non-conference home game for the Mountaineers.

THE SERIES
- This will be the 29th meeting all-time between the two schools, with the Black and Gold leading the series 19-9.
- The Mountaineers have won the last eight contests against Milligan by an average of 31.8 points.
LAST TIME OUT
- App State dropped an 83-73 decision at Georgetown on Tuesday evening.
- Isaac Johnson tallied his third double-double of the season with 10 points and a career-high 17 rebounds (six offensive).
- Hunter Seacat added a career-high 10 points, a season-best six rebounds and a career-high tying three assists.
- Ronshad Shabazz had a game-high 20 points, while Bennett Holley nailed a career-high four three-pointers to finish with a season-best 12 points.
- The Mountaineers had a season-high tying 10 steals in the game and assisted on 16 of 27 made field goals.
SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS
- App State stands at 4-7 on the season. The Mountaineers are a perfect 4-0 at the Holmes Center this season and can extend their non-conference home winning streak to 12 games with a victory.
- Isaac Johnson has now reached double figures in rebounding in four of his last five games and is averaging 11.8 rebounds during that span. His 17-rebound performance on Tuesday was the most for a Mountaineers since Tommy Spagnolo recorded 17 rebounds against UNC Greensboro on Jan. 30, 2014.
- Ronshad Shabazz has eclipsed the 20-point mark in four of his last five games and is averaging 21.4 points during that span.
- The Black and Gold have scored over 70 or more points in 10 of its 11 games this season and rank 25th in the nation in scoring offense, averaging 84.2 ppg.
SCOUTING THE BUFFALOES
- Milligan enters play with a 7-5 overall record after defeating Toccoa Falls 95-57 on Dec. 7.
- Aaron Levarity had a game-high tying 15 points on 7-of-8 shooting. Will Buckner added 15 points off the bench and Tyler Nichols also reached double figures in the win, tallying 11 points.
- On the season, Levarity is averaging a double-double at 18.5 points and 12.5 rebounds, while shooting 65.6 percent from the field.
- Desean Green is averaging 10.8 points and leads the Buffaloes in assists (41) and steals (24).
