BOONE, N.C. - Four Appalachian State University men's tennis student-athletes will participate in the ITA Carolina Regionals hosted by Duke in Cary, N.C.
Ben Webster,
Milo Bargeron,
Zion Heaven and
Alex Pavkovich will participate in the event featuring schools from the Carolinas.
Three of the four athletes will face South Carolina and NC State. Webster will face the No. 1 overall seed in Paul Jubb from USC, while Heaven will face the 10th seed in Igor Saveljic (NCSU) and Pavkovich will take on the 16th seed Daniel Rodrigues (USC). Bargeron will face Christos Dagklis from North Carolina Central.
Doubles draws will be announced at a later time.
Last season,
Scott Webster advanced to the Round of 16 and Bargeron picked up a win against Campbell to highlight the Mountaineers' weekend.
