BOONE, N.C. – App State men's basketball has announced that it will host its annual Tip-Off Dinner on Friday, Nov. 3, at the Holmes Convocation Center.
The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. Tickets cost $150 per person while kids under 12 years old can get in for $25. Fans are encouraged to register
here. There is also an option to sponsor a table that includes eight seats, your company logo featured on the sponsored table and your company logo appearing on the video board for $1,600. Fans are asked to RSVP by Oct. 29.
Seth Greenberg, a college basketball analyst with ESPN's College Gameday, will headline the night's festivities. Greenberg was a head coach in college basketball for 22 years before joining ESPN. He coached at Long Beach State University, the University of South Florida and Virginia Tech University and won 100 games at each school.
Greenberg has twice been named the ACC Coach of the Year and has recorded road wins against Kansas, Duke and North Carolina. He and his wife, Karen, have been married for over 30 years and have had three children together: Paige, Ella and Jacqueline.

Seth was an ultra-successful collegiate coach and one of the most well-respected minds in our game. This is Seth's first ever trip to Boone, so let's make sure we give him a warm welcome to the High Country. It will be a special night for our program."
Fans who purchase a ticket to the event will be treated to dinner and get an inside look from coach Kerns on the 2023-24 season. There will also be a silent auction and a question-and-answer session with this year's team.
