NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Hosted by App State Men's Golf, the Bash at the Beach begins Monday with a 15-team field competing at the Surf Golf and Beach Club.
The format calls for 36 holes Monday and the final 18 holes Tuesday. Live scoring will be available on BirdieFire by
clicking HERE.
Under the direction of
Heather Brown, App State will compete with a lineup featuring
Addison Beam,
Timothius Tirto Tamardi, Lukas Jönsson,
Jake Lane and
Sverrir Haraldsson.
Justin Morgan,
Colin Browning and
Ryan Marter will play as individuals.
Play will begin Monday with a shotgun start at 9 a.m., with App State's eight golfers stretched from holes 5-9.
Teams also in the field are Delaware, Long Island, North Carolina Central, North Carolina A&T, Marquette, Penn, Penn 'B", Radford, Rhode Island, Rider, Troy, St. Francis (Pa.), UConn and UMES. Oklahoma State and Liberty have individuals competing.
In Round 1, members of App State's lineup will play alongside golfers from Radford as well as individual entries from Oklahoma State, UConn, Delaware, St. Francis and Troy.
