BOONE, N.C. – In a meeting of the top two teams in the Sun Belt Conference standings, App State (11-8, 5-1) travels to face UT Arlington (13-5, 7-2) on Sunday in a game that was postponed by a day because of winter weather and travel issues.

App State puts its five-game winning streak on the line Sunday, while UTA comes in with wins in each of its last four.
Last time out, App State erased a 15-point, fourth-quarter deficit to win 70-68 at Coastal Carolina.
Janay Sanders scored the Mountaineers' last six points of a 14-1 closing run, including a game-winning floater with three seconds left on the clock.
NOTABLES:
• The Mountaineers' 5-1 start in league play is their best since joining the Sun Belt and best since opening Southern Conference play 6-1 in 2012-13.
• The team's five-game winning streak in league play is also its best since joining the Sun Belt in 2014. Last year, the Mountaineers won their final three regular-season games before winning their first two at the Sun Belt Tournament. In their last 12 games against Sun Belt opponents dating back to last year, the Mountaineers are 10-2.
• This is the second of four straight road games for App State before a three-game home stretch to close out conference play.
• App State forces 21.0 turnovers per game, good for 19th in the nation. UTA comes in with the fewest turnovers in the SBC, only averaging 13.9, good for 39th in the nation.
• The Mountaineers are not afraid to shoot from deep, topping the Sun Belt and ranking 23rd in the country with 526 3-point attempts this season.

Alexia Allesch, a transfer from Seton Hall, leads the team with 13.3 points and 9.0 rebounds per game. She has been on fire in Sun Belt play, averaging 16.7 points and 10 boards per outing, good for fourth in the league in both categories.

Michaela Porter averages 13.1 points (9th in SBC), while adding 5.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and a league-best 2.6 steals.

Janay Sanders is third on the team and ranks 16th in the Sun Belt with 11.6 ppg, including a career-high 22 at Mercer, 19 at Duke and 18 at Coastal Carolina.
