LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- App State men's cross country will return to action on Saturday at the Live at Lou Cross Country Classic in Louisville, Ky. on Saturday. The men's 8K rack is set for a 9 a.m. start.
SPECTATORS
Spectators will be permitted at the meet and are required to wear masks at all times. Entry fee is $5 and all spectators must complete an online contact tracing form
found here and have their temperature taken before entering the meet.

RECEIVING VOTES
The Mountaineers received votes in the Boost Treadmills NCAA Rankings this week. The poll ranked the top-15 teams competing in the fall and the Black and Gold were one of nine teams to appear in the receiving votes section.

App State placed second of three teams at the season opening Mountains to Sea Open.Â
Isaac Benz led the Black and Gold across the finish line in the 6.4K race with a time of 20:37.21.Â

App State will host the Blue Ridge open on Oct. 16, with Marshall as the only other participating team. The dual is set for 4:30 p.m. start.
