BOONE, N.C. - App State women's soccer concluded the preseason with a 1-1 draw against ETSU on Friday afternoon at Ted Mackorell Soccer Complex.
Appalachian will open the regular season next Friday against Radford at 7 p.m.
The Mountaineers and Bucs played three, 30-minute periods. ETSU scored in the 29th minute of the first frame to give the visitors
a 1-0 lead.

Neither team scored over the final 53 minutes to keep the match tied.
App outshot ETSU 14-9 while posting an 8-2 edge in corner shots.
