Women's Basketball Notebook: Preseason in Full Effect

BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian State University women's basketball's preseason is underway in preparation for the 2018-19 campaign.

DAY NINE
Appalachian's preseason is nine days in after the team reported for the fall semester. App State has kicked it into high gear with just 57 days away until the season opener against UAB on Nov. 9. The Mountaineers are continuing to grow and sustain a consistency that coach Elderkin sees that has been improving since the summer. The Mountaineers are once again doing their team competition with three squads and completing weekly challenges for points.
