BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian State University women's basketball will hold three camps in June and August for all age ranges.
The three camps will put an emphasis on different areas of the game, ranging from individual techniques to team camp.
June 11th-14th | Women's Basketball Day Camp | Fees: $200
Day camp will teach and instruct rising 2nd-9th graders the game of basketball while going through a positive learning experience from the Appalachian coaching staff. A focus will be put on fundamentals, individual offense and defense and shooting techniques. An App State t-shirt along with lunch, awards and prizes will be included during camp.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL DAY CAMP PAGE (JUNE 11-14)

June 16th/August 25th | Elite Camp | Fees: $75
Elite camp will give student-athletes a half day to experience the day in the life of an App State basketball student-athlete on the court. The drills and activities that are designed to develop division I college basketball student-athletes will be used to teach campers. Campers that are rising 9th-12th graders for the classes of 2019-2022 will be taught from the basic fundamentals of the game to more advanced levels of basketball, including the experience to learn head coach Angel Elderkin's unique system on offense. The camp will also hold a strength and conditioning session, an academic session and a Q&A with current players from the team. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. while the camps will take place from 10-2 p.m. in both sessions.
