2020: Played in 15 games and made 14 starts (all at shortstop) … Capped off his season at the plate with three straight multi-hit games, helping him finish with a .278 batting average (fourth on the team) … Ranked second on the team with 13 runs scored and four stolen bases … Tied for third on the team with four doubles … Tallied three straight games with a double from Feb. 23 at Kentucky to Feb. 28 at UNCG … Had a streak of scoring in seven straight games … Recorded a season-high three hits, three runs scored and two RBIs in a 9-8 home victory over Siena … Went 2-for-3 with a double, RBI and a run scored in App State’s 11-9 win at No. 24 Wake Forest … Recorded four RBIs … Helped the Mountaineers sport a .981 fielding percentage, which ranked third amongst Sun Belt Conference opponents at the season’s conclusion … Season was cut short due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
2019: Defensive standout played in 47 games and made 35 starts (23 at third base, 10 at shortstop and two at second base) … Batted .225 with one homer (vs. Texas State), 18 RBIs, 18 runs scored, 27 hits and a perfect 11-for-11 mark in stolen bases … Hit .300 with runners in scoring position and drove home a run in seven of his nine chances with a runner on third and less than two away … Had a streak of 13 straight games reaching base … Reached base in his first four plate appearances of the season and went 6-for-11 (.545) in his first three starts with two-hit games against South Carolina and Gardner-Webb (twice) … Went 2-for-5 with four RBIs in a win against Michigan State … Closed the season with nine straight starts at shortstop and had three two-hit games during that stretch, which included a 2-for-3 effort with two RBIs in an 18-6 victory at Coastal Carolina.
2018: Missed the season while recovering from elbow surgery.
Previous College (Motlow State): Batted .319 with three home runs, 23 RBIs and seven doubles in 2017.
2016 (Volunteer State): Batted .265 with three home runs, 23 RBIs, eight doubles, three triples, 30 runs scored, 25 walks and six stolen bases in 43 games. Helped turn 11 double plays defensively.
High School: All-region selection at Davidson Academy, where he was teammates with current App State infielder Robbie Young.
