2017: Appeared in and started in all 19  matches…. Tied for second on the team playing 1,727 minutes ... led the team with four assists, which was tied for the eighth most in the Sun Belt ... came away with a goal and an assist in a 3-2 victory on the road against Louisiana (Oct. 15) ... was one of five players to score a goal and register an assist. 

2016: Appeared in 20 games with 13 starts on the year … finished with one goal and an assist in 977 minutes ... recorded 22 shots with nine on goal … scored her lone goal of the season against Texas State (Sept. 23) in the 40th minute to give App State the 1-1 draw … assisted on the game-winning goal against Davidson (Aug. 21) by Erin Settle in the 54th minute.

2015: Appeared in 15 matches with 13 starts … scored two goals on 15 shots … had seven shots on goal … finished fifth on the team in points (four) … finished tied for fourth in goals (two) … tied for fourth in shots (15) … tied for sixth on the team in shots on goal (seven) … scored her first collegiate goal in the 75th minute of the first game of the season, a 3-2 win over UNC Wilmington (Aug. 21) … headed in a goal against conference foe Arkansas State (Sept. 25) off a a rebound in the 2-1 win.

High School: A midfield/forward from Davidson, N.C., Cowie was an all-conference and all-region selection as a junior. Cowie has been a two-time 2012 4A State Champion, while finishing runner-up as a sophomore. She earned Most Outstanding Player as a freshman and won the Husky Award as a junior.

As a member of the Carolina Rapids, Cowie was a two-time State Champion in 2013 and 2014.
