DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — App State Men's Golf resumes its 2026 spring schedule at the Sam Ryder Intercollegiate, which begins Monday at the LPGA International Hills Course.
The Hills Course features a 6,984-yard, par-72 layout, and there are 36 holes scheduled for Monday, followed by the final 18 holes Tuesday. There will be an 8 a.m. shotgun start each day.
In addition to App State and tournament host Stetson, the 13-team field includes Baylor, Campbell, Central Arkansas, Columbia, Florida Atlantic, Georgia State, James Madison, Lipscomb, North Dakota State, Rhode Island, Toledo and UTEP.
Stetson won the recent Dorado Beach Collegiate in Puerto Rico, and App State took seventh among the 15 participating teams.
Alex Martin and
Herman Huus combined for seven birdies and no bogeys while shooting 68 and 69, respectively, in the final round.
Ben Read had a 1-under 71 in the first round, and
Aidan Browning closed with a 71.
The 2025-26 season is presented by Hound Ears Club.
