NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The App State women's basketball team fell short to Vanderbilt on the road on Sunday, 94-40.
"Obviously today was a tough matchup for our team," said head coach
Alaura Sharp. "We had a really slow start in the first quarter. We regrouped and came out of half with some fight and won the third quarter. That's definitely a positive we will take away from this. Handling pressure continues to be a concern for our team. We are looking forward to having some time to practice and address this issue."
