BOONE, N.C. -- App State men's basketball hosts Troy to begin its final home weekend series of the regular season. Tip is set for 6:30 p.m. on ESPN+.

Single game tickets for the 2021-22 season are on sale and can be purchased byÂ
clicking here. Thursday's game is also a White Out. All fans are encouraged to wear white. Any fan purchasing tickets at the door and wearing white will recieve $5 off admission to the game.
COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- There are no crowd size restrictions at this time.
- Face coverings are required in all indoor areas, regardless of vaccination status. If actively eating, face coverings are not required to be worn
- Face coverings are not required outside the Holmes Convocation Center.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility.
THE SERIES
- This will be the 19th meeting between the two schools, with App State leading 11-8.
- Troy won the meeting in Troy earlier this season by a 68-53 score.
SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS
- App State fell to Georgia State 58-49 on Saturday to drop to 16-11 on the season and 10-4 in conference play. The Mountaineers' 10-4 mark places them second in the Sun Belt.
- Adrian Delph had 12 points and Justin Forrest added 12 points off the bench.
- Delph has reached double figures in scoring in 25 of 27 games this season and sits third in the conference in scoring at 17.1 points.
- Over his last three games, Michael Almonacy is averaging 13.7 points and 5.0 rebounds.
- The Mountaineers have held seven of their last eight opponents under 65 points and lead the league in opponent scoring, holding teams to 62.7 points.
- App State is averaging just 10.0 turnovers per game, which leads the Sun Belt and sits 12th in the nation.
SCOUTING THE TROJANS
- Troy dropped a home contest to Little Rock on Saturday 66-62 to fall to 17-8 on the season and 8-4 in conference play.
- Christyon Eugene had 14 points off the bench for the Trojans and TK Smith added 11 points in a reserve role. Efe Odigie added 10 points.
- Odigie leads the team in scoring at 11.6 points and sits second in rebounding at 6.1 points.
- Zay Williams is averaging a team-best 7.0 rebounds and Duke Deen leads the team in assists (74) and sits second in scoring (9.3 ppg).

App State concludes the weekend and plays its regular season home finale on Saturday against South Alabama on Senior Day. The game is a doubleheader with the women's program and will tip at approximately 4:30 p.m. on ESPN+.
