DURHAM, N.C. – App State women's tennis suffered a 7-0 decision to No. 11 Duke on Sunday afternoon at the Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center.
App State is now 1-2 on the season, while the Blue Devils improve to 4-1.
Coming off their first win of the season on Saturday, the Mountaineers made the quick turnaround to face the 11th-ranked Blue Devils.

The Apps faced a Duke singles lineup that features five student-athletes who are ranked. Duke claimed all six singles contests in straight sets for the victory.
App State returns to action on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. against No. 1 North Carolina. The Tar Heels are the third ACC opponent the Apps will play through four matches.
