App State snapped a four-game skid with a 72-58 win over Coastal Carolina on the road. The win improved App State's record to 5-2 in conference play on the road, while it gave the Apps a four-game win streak on the road. Brooke Bigott scored a career-high 23 points and tied a single-game school record with seven 3-pointers. Pre Stanley scored 17 points and was a plus-22, and Janay Sanders scored 11 points, dished out five assists and grabbed five boards.

- Aja Blount was the focal point for the Chanticleer offense as she scored 30 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.
- Blount shot 12-of-17 from the field while the rest of the team were only 10-for-36 from the floor. 
- The Chanticleers forced 22 turnovers that turned into 23 points. 
- CCU also scored 36 of its 58 points in the paint in the setback. 
- Aja Blount leads the team in scoring with a clip of 15.2 points per game. She is fourth in the conference in scoring.
- Blount leads the Sun Belt in free throw percentage at 87.5 percent. 
- Coastal Carolina is fourth in the conference in steals forcing 8.8 steals per contest.
