MONROE, La. -- App State men's basketball will take on ULM in a road contest on Tuesday evening at 8 p.m. EST on ESPN+ and the Appalachian Sports Network from Learfield IMG College.

- This will be the 10th meeting between the two teams, with the Warhawks leading 6-3
- ULM won the season series last year 2-1, winning both meetings in Monroe. App State won the lone meeting last season in Boone 85-84

- App State has clinched a home game in the Sun Belt Tournament, which begins Saturday
- With a win at ULM or UT Arlington loss to Troy, the Mountaineers will clinch the No. 6 seed in the Sun Belt Tournament and open play on Monday in Boone

- O'Showen Williams had a team-high 19 points, while Isaac Johnson (17 points, 12 rebounds) and Hunter Seacat (13 points, 12 rebounds) each posted double-doubles
- Williams has reached double figures in scoring in eight straight games and is averaging 19.6 points in that span
- Justin Forrest sits second in the Sun Belt in scoring average at 17.7 points, while Johnson ranks second in the league in rebounding at 7.7 rebounds
- With his 17-point, 12-rebound performance on Saturday, Johnson now has a team leading seven double-doubles on the season (third in the Sun Belt)
- As a team, App State is giving up 67.2 points, which ranks second in the conference
SCOUTING THE WARHAWKS
- ULM fell 79-63 at league leading Little Rock to fall to 9-19 on the season and 5-14 in Sun Belt play
- Michael Ertel and Tyree White each had 17 points for the Warhawks, while Chris Efretuel added 12 points and 17 rebounds
- Ertel is one of five players in the league averaging 16.0 or more points and ranks fifth at 16.4 points
- As a team, the Warhawks rank third in the Sun Belt in scoring defense, giving up 67.7 points. ULM also sits fourth in the league in opponent field goal percentage (.417) and opponent three-point percentage (.317)
