App State would score three more in the fourth after an RBI single from Buruato. Buruato and
Caylie Kifer would score after a double from Barnes, her third RBI of the game.

Emily Parrott,
Baylee Morton,
Taylor Thorp and Kifer (2) had RBI for the Mountaineers. Offensively, Parrott, Buruato and Barnes each ended the game with three hits.
Kenzie Longanecker came on to pitch in the bottom of the sixth for the Mountaineers, shutting down the Bobcats with three strikeouts.
Sydney Holland (6-1) got the start and the win in the circle, giving up one run and five hits in her five innings of work. She also struck out four.
