2021: Made 15 starts in the circle and 18 appearances as a 5^th year… Finished App State career ranked third in career ERA with a 2.42… Struck out 31 in her 85 innings pitched in 2021… Posted a 3.29 ERA with one shutout and 40 earned runs… Posted a .263 batting average against, giving up 88 hits… Threw a complete game win against Georgia State in the Sun Belt Championship, earning App State’s first win in school history in the postseason tournament, giving up only four hits… Had a season-high eight strikeouts in the win at UNCG (2/21)… Threw a complete game shutout in the 1-0 win over ULM (4/11).
 
2020: Finished the shortened season as the leader in ERA (1.78), opponent batting average (.168) and record (8-2)... Gave up only 36 hits in her 59 innings of work… Had a team-low 15 earned runs during her time on the mound… Made 11 appearances with 10 starts… Threw first career no-hitter in the 2-1 win over UNCG (3/1) accompanied by four strikeouts on the day… Had a team-high three shutout victories in the circle… Posted a season-high eight strikeouts in the win over Charlotte (Feb. 9)... Ended the season with 40 strikeouts, good for second on the team… Finished the season ranked 3rd in the conference in ERA and 2nd in opposing team batting average… Season was cut short due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

2019: Appeared in 27 games with 21 starts in her first season as a Mountaineer ... finished the season with a 14-10 record through 139.1 innings pitched ... she finishes tied for second alongside teammate Kenzie Longanecker for most wins in a single season in program history with 14 ... she tied for eighth in App State history with 13 complete games in a single season ... she finished the season with a team-best 2.16 ERA, good for fifth-best in a single season in program history ... she pitched a shutout against Georgia Southern striking out four batters on March 8 ... she struck out a season-high six batters against NC Central on April 3 while managing her second shut out of the season.

Previous School: While at Francis Marion, Holland threw 159 strikeouts in 173 innings of work ... earned Peach Belt Conference Player of the Week during her sophomore season.

High School: During her sophomore, junior and senior seasons, Holland earned all-conference, all-county and all-state ... she was awarded 3A Pitcher of the Year ... as a four-year volleyball player, she earned all-conference and all-county as a junior and senior ... also earned all-state as a senior ... struck out over 200 players in 160 innings as a senior ... threw 144 strikeouts as a junior in 136 innings.

Personal: Daughter of Mike & Tammie Holland ... sister to Reese Holland ... born on Sept. 28, 1998 (19 years old) ... plans to major in biology and minor in psychology.
