BOONE, N.C. — App State Wrestling held a Virtual Media Day on Tuesday, three days before the Mountaineers open their 2020-21 schedule with the Black & Gold Intrasquad exhibition on Friday in Varsity Gym.'
 
Tuesday's interview participants were head coach JohnMark Bentley, head assistant coach Ian Miller, assistant coach Randall Diabe, volunteer assistant DJ Fehlman, senior Thomas Flitz, senior Codi Russell and sophomore Will Formato.
