BOONE, N.C. -- Fresh off a thrilling victory on Saturday, App State men's basketball concludes its three-game home stand on Monday evening at 7 p.m. against Louisiana. The contest will be broadcast on AppVision and can be heard on the Appalachian Sports Network from Learfield IMG College.

MAKE AN IMPACT MONDAY
Monday's game is Make an Impact Monday, with rally towels given to the first 500 fans.
ALCOHOL
Plans for alcohol sales at select men's and women's 2019-20 home games include:
- Craft beer, domestic beer and wine will be sold on the concourse near Section 12.
- Service begins when doors open one hour prior to tipoff and ends at the conclusion of the third quarter for women's games and at the under 12:00 media timeout of the second half for men's games.
- All patrons will be required to produce valid identification, which will be checked at the point of sale during each transaction.
- Per state law, patrons 21 years of age or older will be permitted to purchase a maximum of one alcoholic beverage per transaction with valid identification.
- Patrons will not be permitted to leave the Holmes Convocation Center with alcohol purchased within the venue.
- Law enforcement and contracted security staff will monitor the concourse and seating areas for underage drinking, beverage pass-offs and problematic patrons or situations.
- Public service announcements about drinking responsibly will be shown on the video board and announced via the arena's public address system.
- Alcohol will be served at all men's basketball home games for the remainder of the season.
THE SERIES
- This will is the 11th all-time meeting between the two schools with Louisiana leading the series 8-2
- App State won both meetings last season, topping the Ragin' Cajuns 104-77 in Boone and 90-80 in Lafayette
SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS
- The Mountaineers moved to 9-6 on the season and 3-1 in the Sun Belt with 74-72 win over Georgia Southern on Saturday
- Justin Forrest drained the game winning three in the final seconds to finish with 25 points, five rebounds and four assists. O'Showen Williams added 20 points and Kendall Lewis had 11 points and six rebounds
- App State's 3-1 mark in conference play sits tied for second in the league with Georgia State and Georgia Southern
- Forrest has scored 25 or more points in four of his last five games and is averaging 23.4 points during that span
- Hunter Seacat has recorded a block in six consecutive games, including two in three of those contests
- App State had pulled down 40 or more rebounds in back-to-back games and ranks third in the conference in rebounding, averaging 38.1 rpg
SCOUTING THE RAGIN' CAJUNS
- Louisiana defeated Troy 79-62 on Saturday evening to improve to 6-9 overall and 1-3 in Sun Belt play
- Mylik Wilson led five Ragin' Cajuns in double figures with 18 points and 13 rebounds. Dou Gueye had 16 points off the bench, Cedric Russell and Tirus Smith each had 15 points and Calvin Temple finished with 12 points
- Jalen Johnson leads the team in scoring (14.3 points) and is tied for the team lead in rebounding (6.3 rebounds) with Gueye
- Wilson has totaled 34 steals on the season, which ranks third in the conference
