TEMPE, Ariz. - Appalachian State University women's tennis was named ITA All-Academic while freshmen Sandra Anglesjö, Emily Gaskins and María José Zacarias were named Scholar-Athletes, The International Tennis Association announced.

"This is a direct result of all the hard work our team puts into their academics," head coach Blake Mosley stated. "So proud of this squad's diligence in the classroom and on the court. We're looking forward to another great season!"
