BOONE, N.C. - Coming off a 13-win weekend at the CofC Invite, Appalachian State University men's tennis will travel to Cary, N.C. for the ITA Regionals hosted by Duke.

Teams from all over the Carolina region will take part in the weekend-long event with the first and second round taking place on Friday before heading into the round of 16.

Appalachian turned in four wins in last season's event, including three players that advanced to the round of 32 in Oliver Casey, Jack Maddocks and Zach Bost. Casey dealt North Carolina's Chad Hoskins a straight-set victory for the huge win. Bost and Casey also came up with a solid win in doubles action. over NC State's 10th-seeded duo of Simon Norenius/Austin Powell.

Scott Webster, Casey and Maddocks leads the team with three singles victories under their belt, while partners Jan-Willem Kleynhans and Webster have three wins as well.
