• The JMU Classic marks the end of nine-straight road matches for the Apps after playing their first four matches of the season at home.
• Appalachian has one the last match in each of the past two tournaments it has played in and was victorious in its first two matches of the Appalachian Invitational to start the season.

Scouting the Opposition
Georgetown • 5-5

Alex Johnson (102).
East Tennessee State • 6-5
• The Lady Bucs enter the weekend after winning three-straight matches at last weekend's Country Inn & Suites Invitational at Chattanooga. ETSU defeated the host Mocs and picked up wins over UNC Asheville and Tennessee Tech.
• ETSU's three wins last weekend came on the heels of four-straight losses at the MTSU Blue Raider Bash the previous weekend. The Lady Bucs managed to win just two sets in Murfreesboro, Tenn., and were shutout by Middle Tennessee State and Missouri.
• Sophomore outside hitter Megan Devine, last year's Atlantic Sun Freshman of the Year, leads the Lady Bucs with 170 kills (4.36 k/s) this year. She has also tallied 93 digs and 18 blocks on the season.
James Madison • 7-2
