BOONE, N.C.- Appalachian State University women's soccer senior Lindsay Jaffe has been recognized as an first-team all-American by the Jewish Sports Review, as announced by the organization in its bi-monthly publication.

Jaffe was the only Southern Conference student-athlete to be tabbed for the squad.

Jaffe appeared in 62 career matches, earning the start in 53 of those matches. Jaffe was a defensive catalyst for the Mountaineers all four seasons in Boone. She tallied five assists for five points and took two shots for Appalachian.
