BOONE, N.C. - Appalachian Athletics announces “Celebrate Watauga Night” for Thursday, February 10, as Mountaineer men's basketball faces Samford at 7 p.m. at the Holmes Center. Residents and employees of Watauga County are eligible for discounted admission to the game.

Fans who live or work in Watauga County may purchase $5 tickets for the event, which includes local youth halftime performances at the Southern Conference North Division matchup.

The Holmes Center concession stands will offer a special including popcorn and a drink for just $3.

Fans may also purchase tickets online at GoASU.com. When selecting the Samford game on February 10, enter the promotion code “WATNITE” to unlock the special ticket price for checkout. There is a limit of eight tickets per online order. The price will also be available at the Holmes Center on game day with valid Watauga County identification.
