Hudson Stands Tied for Seventh at CSU Tournament

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Dustin Hudson carded rounds of 70 and 76 to finish the day in seventh place at the Charleston Southern Spring Kickoff Tournament. Appalachian State University men's golf hit 294-311-605 (+37) for the day to stand in a tie for seventh heading into Tuesday's third and final round.

Jacob Eggers is tied for 18th place at 72-78-150 (+8) while Taylor Hines shot 76-78-154 (+12) for a tie for 33rd.

Casey Johnson carded a 76-79-155 (+13) to place alone in 36th and Lance Wheeler was one stroke behind at 77-79-156 (+14).

Jake Wiesehan is competing individually and shot a 75-76-151 (+9) for a tie in 23rd place.

Campbell University leads after the first day with a 290-295-585 (+17) and Bethune-Cookman's Daniel Venema leads all individual players with a 71-70-141 (-1). Southern Conference rival College of Charleston ranks second after one day, nine strokes out of first.
