2009-10: Cross Country
• Competed in five meets for the Mountaineers as a junior.
• Top finish came at the Covered Bridge Open (24th).
• Also posted a season-best time of 19:37.7 at the Covered Bridge Open.
• Established new personal-best 6k time at the Paul Short Run (22:46).
• Finished 61st at the SoCon Championship.

2008-09: Cross Country
• Posted times at four events for the Mountaineers
• Ran a season-best time of 19:26 at the Winthrop Invitational, good for 44th place
• Turned in a time of 20:57 at the season-opening Covered Bridge Run

Track and Field
• Did not compete in track and field in the 2008-2009 seasons

2007-08 Cross Country
• Competed at the SoCon Cross Country Championships
• Best finish came at the Mountaineer Open, placing 22nd

Track and Field
• Competed at the ETSU Niswonger meet in the 5000m during the indoor season
• Also competed at the App Limited Open and the UNC Invite in the mile
• During the outdoor season ran the 800, 1500 and 3000m steeplechase, competing at Wake Forest, Davidson and South Carolina
