  • Helped the Mountaineers to their first SBC Women’s Cross Country title since 2018 and rounded out the top-20 with a 5K time of 18:21.6
  • Stopped the clock at 23:36.4 in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 15)
  • Recorded a personal best 5K time of 18:05.2 at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 4) and clocked a 6K personal best of 21:55.1 at the Firetower Project Run (Sept. 13) 
  • Placed seventh with a 6K time of 22:51.7 at the Winthrop Invitational (Oct. 18)

  • Clocked a personal best of 3:00.99 to place sixth in the 1,000 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17-18)

  • Part of the distance medley relay team that placed fifth with a time of 12:12.61 at the Doc Hale Invitational (Feb. 7-8) 
  • Took seventh with a season best time of 5:05.94 in the mile at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Feb. 14-15)
  • Competed in the 800 meters and mile at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)

  • Competed on the 4x800-meter relay and distance medley relay (DMR) teams at the Penn Relays (Apr. 24-26), breaking the program record in the 4x800-meter relay with a time of 8:59.68 and the DMR with a time of 11:46.94
  • Clocked a personal best of 4:29.76 to place seventh in competition and on the all-time list in the 1,500 meters and took 12th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:15.61 at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships (May 8-10) 
  • Finished first in the 1,500 meters with a facility record time of 4:42.06 at the Mountaineer First Chance (Mar. 21) 
  • Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed first with a time of 3:55.59 and took fifth individually in the mile with a time of 5:12.05 at the App State Open (Apr. 18-19)

  • Posted a 5K season best of 18:28.0 at the Upstate Invitational (Oct. 14)

  • Part of the 4x800-meter relay team that broke the school record with a time of 9:27.24 to clinch first at the Mondo College Invitational (Jan. 13)
  • Clocked a personal best of 5:03.69 in the mile at the Doc Hale Meet (Feb. 2-3)
  • Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth with a time of 3:46.60 at the SBC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19-20)
