• Was ninth at the USC Upstate Invitational in 18:42.7
• Placed 20th at the Sun Belt Championships with a time of 18:26.4

• Scored points at the Sun Belt Championships, placing sixth in the 5,000-meter run with a PR time of 17:40.54 and finishing seventh in the 3,000-meter run in 10:11.50
• Turned in a PR in the 3,000-meter run at the Darius Dixon Invitational, finishing second with a time 9:57.99
• Won the 5,000-meter run in 18:11.21 at the ETSU Track & Field Invitational
• Was second at the VMI Team Challenge in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:09.71

• Named Team MVP after shattering the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Sun Belt Championships in 10:31.33 to earn all-conference honors
• Set a PR in the 1,500-meter run at the Virginia Grand Prix with a time of 4:39.54
• Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 5,000-meter run in a season-best 17:36.37 at the 49er Classic

2017-18
Cross Country

• Ran in seven races during the season, finishing in the top-30 in five
• Ran a new PR in the 5K at the Sun Belt Championships, just missing all-conference honors with a 16th place finish in 18:14.3
• Posted a new 6K PR time of 23:13.1 at the Southeast Regional Championships, finishing 156th
• Also recorded top-30 finishes at the Mountain to Sea Open (24th), Covered Bridge Meet (26th) and Upstate Invitational (26th)

• Ran a season-best in the 3,000-meter run at the Sun Belt Championships, finishing eighth in 10:11.07. Also clocked a season-best 18:15.32 in the 5,000-meter run at the Sun Belt Championships
• Had one top-five finish, crossing fourth in the 3000-meter run at the VMI Winter Relays (10:19.72) 

• Earned All-Sun Belt honors in two events, finishing second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:53.58 and third in the 5,000-meter run in 17:57.71
• Turned in the fifth best time in program history in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:47.18 at the Raleigh Relays
• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Charlotte Invitational in 10:52.73
• Set a new PR in the 1,500-meter run (4:41.36) at the Mountaineer Outdoor Meet and in the 5,000-meter run (17:35.94) at the Duke Invitational

2016-17
Cross Country

• Clocked a personal best of 18:50.92 in the 5K at the 3 Stripe Invitational and placed 11^th
• Produced a personal best of 23:20.10 in the 6K at the High Point University Vert XC Invitational
• Ran a time of 19.37.00 in the 5K at the Mountains to Sea Duals and finished 17^th
•  Placed 21st in the 5K with a time of 19:01.60 at the Upstate Invitational
• Finished 24^th in the first 5K of the season at the Covered Bridged CC Meet with a time of 19.31.30

• Produced two top-ten finishes at the Sun Belt Championships with a sixth-place finish in the 3000m with a pr of 10:07.57 and placed tenth in the 5000m with a pr of 18:07.07.
• Finished fifth at the Samford Two Day Open Indoor and the ETSU Track & Field Invitational in the 3000m and ran a time of 10:18.92 in Birmingham and clocked a time of 10:30.52 in Johnson City
• Ran a personal best of 5:19.20 in the mile and placed tenth in the 5000m with a time of 18:11.85 at the Thundering Herd Invitational & Multi.

• Earned all-conference honors after snatching the silver medal in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 11:04.35 and finished 16th in the 5000m with a time of 19:13.84 at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships
• Produced a 13th place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Florida Relays in 11:03.59.
• Ran a time of 10:38.26 in the 3000m at the Weems Baskin Invitational for sixth
• Placed 25^th in the 1500m with a PR of 4:47.51 at the Charlotte Invitational
• Finished sixth at the Duke Invitational in the steeplechase with a time of 11:10.35

2015-16
Cross Country

• Competed in five meets running four 5K races and one 6K race
• Ran her best 5K race at the Upstate Invitational with a PR of 19:28.20 and produced her best 6K time at the Wake Forest CC Invitational with a PR of 23:45.90

Indoor

• Competed in five meets participating in the 800 meters, mile, 3,000 meters, and the 4x400
• Ran a PR of 2:40.49 in the 800 meters at the Appalachian Indoor Open Split Track Meet and placed eighth
• Ran a PR of 5:20.49 in the mile at the Appalachian Open Indoor Track Meet and was the top finisher in the event
• Produced a second place finish in the mile at the Appalachian Indoor Open Split Track Meet crossing the finish line in 5:25.31
• Ran the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team who placed fourth at the Mountaineer Indoor Open Track Meet with a time of 4:41.22.

Outdoor

• Scored points at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:08.79 to place sixth
• Finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:54.53 at the Mountaineer Outdoor Open Meet.
• Placed third at the Charlotte Invitational in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:21.08
• Recorded a PR in the 3,000 meters crossing the finish line in 10:41.23 at the Wake Forest Open
