Personal:  Daughter of Anthony and Tracy Carter ... born Oct. 23 ... mother, Tracy, competed in collegiate gymnastics at Northeastern, and father, Anthony, played collegiate baseball at Northeastern ... plans to major in communications electronic broadcast media.
