• Threw a season-high distance of 42-10.26 (13.06m) in the weight throw at the Mountaineer Indoor Meet
• Posted a pair of top-10 finishes at the Mountaineer Indoor Meet in the shot put (46-1.50; 3rd) and weight throw (42-10.25; 7th). Also posted a pair of top-10 finishes at the Thundering Herd Invitational in the shot put (45-3.00; 4th) and weight throw (42-9.50; 7th)

• Posted an eighth place finish at the Charlotte Invitational in the shop put, covering a season-best 45-11.75 (14.01m)
• Also recorded season-bests at the Charlotte Invitational in the hammer throw (121-8; 37.08m) and the discus (127-9; 38.93m)

2016-17
Indoor

• Tossed a season’s best of 46-0 (14.02m) in the shot put and threw the weight 43-6.5 (13.27m) for 19^th at the ETSU Track & Field Invitational
• Produced a PR of 45-4.25 (13.82m) in the weight throw for fifth and threw a mark of 44-5.25 (13.54m) in the shot put for ninth at the Mountaineer Open Indoor Track Meet
• Finishes 16^th in the shot put with a mark of 44-4.25 (13.52m) and placed 28^th in the weight throw with a toss of 40-1.25 (12.22m) at the Buccaneer Track & Field Invitational

• Threw a PR of 127-1 (38.73m) in the hammer for eight the tossed a pr of 148-5 (45.24m) for seventh in the discus and threw the shot put 47-11 (14.60m) for eighth at the Mountaineer Open Outdoor Meet
• Produced a PR of 47-11.25 (14.61m) in the shot put for 11^th and placed 19^th in the discus and the hammer throw at the Charlotte Invitational
• Recorded his best finishes at the Tennessee Challenge with a second-place finish in the discus with a mark of 139-11 (42.64m) and a third-place finish in the shot put with a toss of 42-9.75 (13.05m)
• Posted nine top-15 finishes at six meets
