O'Keefe's Take: "Graham is an attacking player that has an unbelievable work ethic and commitment to getting better. He is a great teammate and makes everyone around him better. He thrives in a competitive environment, which led him to change settings and play with the CASL Railhawks Academy of the USSDA. He will make us better on day one of preseason."

High School: A midfielder/forward from Kill Devils Hills, N.C., Smalley attended First Flight High School. Smalley broke school records for goals (100) and assists (73) in just three years. Smalley was tabbed as an all-state and all-regional player his sophomore and junior seasons. Smalley was also a three-time all-conference selection.

Smalley played club soccer for Capital Area Railhawks in the US Soccer Development Academy under John Bradford.
