  • Helped the Mountaineers clinch the Sun Belt Men’s Cross Country team title, the program’s first since 2019
  • Helped the Mountaineers to a team score of 28 points at the SBC Championships, the lowest score at the championship meet since 2013
  • Earned Third-Team All-SBC honors after finishing 13th with an 8K time of 25:42.7 at the SBC Championships (Oct. 28)
  • Clocked a 10K personal best of 31:16.2 to round out the top-100 at the NCAA Southeast Regional (Nov. 10)
  • Stopped the clock at 24:55.5 for an 8K personal best at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic (Sept. 29-30)

  • Earned Third-Team All-SBC honors after finishing third in the 10,000 meters with a personal best of 31:09.51 at the SBC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11)
  • Placed sixth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:39.95 at the SBC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11)
  • Clocked a personal best of 14:29.04 in the 5,000 meters, placing 12th at the Wake Forest Invitational (Apr. 19)
  • Stopped the clock at 4:20.70 for a personal best in the mile at the App State Open (Apr. 26-27)

  • Clocked an 8K personal best of 25:11.9 at the Louisville Classic (Oct. 1)

  • Placed third with a personal best of 4:00.21 in the 1,500 meters and took fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:46.99 at the App State Open (Apr. 28-29)
  • Clocked a personal best of 9:26.97 for an eighth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Georgia Tech Invitational (Apr. 21-22)
