• Ran in four races for the Mountaineers, finishing in the top-25 of all four
• Posted his best finish of 13th at the Upstate Invitational in 25:44.7
• Set a new PR at the High Point Vertcross Invitational, navigating the 8K course in 25:29.3
• Recorded a 16th place finish at the Sun Belt Championships, helping App State win the team title in 25:51.5

2016-17

Indoor:

• Finished fifth in the mile with a time of 4:15.34 and ran a leg on the second-place DMR team at the Sun Belt Championships
• Clocked a PR of 1:58.93 in the 800m for 12^th and produced a pr of 4:14.62 in the mile for third at the Samford Two Day Open
• Placed sixth in the mile with a time of 4:19.81 and helped the mile relay finish 13^th at the Thundering Herd Invitational & Multi
• Won the 800m at the Mountaineer Open Indoor Meet in 1:59.47
• Opened the season with a time of 4:25.74 in the mile at the ETSU Track & Field Invitational and placed third

• Clocked a personal best of 4:06.70 in the 1500m at the Mountaineer Open Outdoor Meet and finished in eighth
• Competed in the 1500m race at Florida Relays and the Tennessee Challenge
