• Turned in a time of 21:51 at the Covered Bridge Open, good for 46th place.

• Finished fifth in the 300m at the Appalachian Indoor Open, running a season-best 9:06.94
• Posted a sixth place finish at the Appalachian Open in the 3,000m

Outdoor:

• Ran a season best 9:21.97 at Beaches vs. Mountains in the 3000m for a fifth place finish

High School:

• Finished second in 2008 cross country regional meet.
• Sixth in 2008 N.C. 4A cross country state championship.
• Runner-up in 3200 meter run at 2009 regional meet.
