2010-11 Cross Country (Graduate):
• Earned second-team all-SoCon honors with a ninth place finish at SoCon Cross Country Championships
• Ran career best 6000m  of 25:05.67 at SoCon meet

2009-10 Track and Field (Graduate):
• 2010 SoCon Champion at 800m indoor and 1500m outdoor
• Placed fourth in the indoor mile and outdoor 800

Winthrop
• Will continue his career as a graduate student at ASU following a successful stint at Winthrop. Has one year of eligibility remaining in cross country, one in track
• Two-time all Big-South in the mile run and the 800 meter run
• Set Winthrop school record in the indoor mile (4:09,71)
• Times in 800m and 1500m outdoor rank in the top two in school history at Winthrop
