Strength & Conditioning Professional and Student Interns

Aaron WebbAaron Webb is in his first year as an intern with App State and is in his second year of the exercise science Master's program. He graduated from Arkansas State with a degree in exercise science. He has previously interned with Olympic sports at the University of Arkansas and Arkansas State, where he also worked with football. He holds certifications with the NSCA's CSCS and USAW.









Michael ReiskindMichael Reiskind hails from Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and graduated from Lynchburg, where he played baseball for four years and won a conference championship as a senior. He also interned with the strength and conditioning staff at Lynchburg during his senior year. He is working towards his Master's in exercise science at App State.











Keane HamiltonKeane Hamilton is a lecturer in the exercise science department at App State and joined the strength and conditioning staff in fall of 2021 and works with women's soccer. He graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2011 with a degree in exercise science and earned his masters in exercise science from University College in Dublin in 2015. Prior to App State, he worked at Fort Lewis College aas a strength and conditioning coach, primarily working with men's and women's soccer, volleyball and women's basketball. He hold a NSCA, CSCS and USAW Level 1 certification.








William HardingWilliam Harding hails from Roanoke, Va. and has been working with App State strength and conditioning since January of 2020. He works primarily with baseball and wrestling. Webb graduated from App State with his bachelor's degree in May of 2021 and will obtain his Master's in spring of 2022.











Berkley HallBerkley Hall played soccer at UNC Wilmington, where she graduated with a degree in exercise science in 2019. She stayed in Wilmington upon graduation and worked for Peak Athletics, while also running the Sports Performance program. She is working towards her Master's in exercise science at App State. She holds certifications as a CSCS and a CPT through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.









Ben SmolinskyBen Smolinsky is in his first year at App State. He graduated from DeSales with a degree in sport and exercise physiology and is working on his Master's in exercise science. He previously interned with the Lehigh Valley Sports Academy and Muhlenberg College.










Joe Taylor is from Rochester, Minn and graduated from App State in 2019 with a degree in exercise science. He played junior college baseball and previously interned with Rev5 Fitness and Mississippi State. He holds a USAW Level 1 certification.
