• Set a new PR in the 55-meter hurdles at the Mountaineer Indoor Meet, finishing second in 7.67 seconds
• Ran a 22.56 in the 200-meter dash at the ETSU Invitational, which set a new PR
• Posted a new PR time of 49l.14 seconds at the Thundering Herd Invitational, finishing fourth
• Was a member of the school record breaking 4x400-meter relay that finished in 3:14.30 at the Thundering Herd Invitational
• Named Second Team All-Sun Belt after running a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second in 3:15.69. Also ran a leg in the DMR, helping the team finish third in 10:13.45

Outdoor

• Finished ninth at the Sun Belt Championships in the 400-meter hurdles in 54.11 seconds
• Turned in a new PR in the 110-meter hurdles at the Weems Baskin Relays in 14.84 seconds
• Placed sixth at the Duke Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles with a new PR time of 53.10 seconds
• Won the 400-meter dash at the Mountaineer Outdoor Meet in a PR time of 48.17 seconds

2016-17
Indoor

• Finished 25^th in the 400m with a time of 53.71, placed seventh in the 60H with a time of 8.36 and ran a leg on the second-place 4X400m relay at the Sun Belt Championships
• Ran a PR of 8.19 in the 60H (8^th all-time) and placed second, clocked a pr of 49.67 in the 400m and placed tenth and helped the mile relay to a third-place finish at the Thundering Herd Invitational & Multi
• Placed third in the 60H with a time of 8.23 at the Samford Two Day Open
• Posted 14 top-15 finishes at seven meets

• Finished ninth in the 400H with a pr of 53.31 and ran a leg on the fourth-place mile relay team at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships
• Ran a leg on the record-breaking Spring Medley Relay Team that placed fourth with a time of 3:20.77 and produced a pr of 14.92 in the 100H at Florida Relay
• Clocked a pr of 22.19 in the 200m for 27^th, ran a time of 53.54 in the 400H for tenth place and helped the mile relay to a fifth-place finish at the Duke Invitational
• Posted 12 top-15 finishes at seven meets

2015-16
Indoor

• Finished 16^th in the 60H with a PR of 8.49 and helped the 4x400-meter relay to a fifth-place finish (3:17.35) at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships
• Placed second in the 55H with a PR of 7.85 at the Appalachian Indoor Open Split Track Meet
• Ran a time of 8.59 to land fifth and led the 4x400 to a fifth-place finish with a time of 3:26.79 at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational
• Competed in the 400m (51.19/42^nd), the 60H (8.52/18th) and in the 4x400 (3:26.32/18^th) at the Buccaneer Invitational
• Took third in the 200m (23.56), second in the 55H (7.98) and first in the 4x300 (2:26.48) at the Mountaineer Indoor Open Track Meet.
• Opened up his Mountaineer career in the 60H with a time of 9.08 (22^nd) and in the 4x400 with a collective effort of 3:24.49 (8^th) at the Kentucky Invitational

Outdoor

• Ran a preliminary time of 54.21 and finished eighth with a time of 54.44 in the 400H, and helped the 4x400-meter relay to a fifth-place finish at the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships
• Helped the 4x400-meter relay to two first-place finishes at the War Eagle Invitational and at the Charlotte Invitational
• Set a PR of 15.38 in the 110H at Raleigh Relays
• Produced a personal-best time of 53.76 in the 400H at Florida Relays
• Recorded his highest individual finish (3^rd) in the 400H with a time of 54.59 at the Mountaineer Outdoor Open Meet
• Earned ten top-10 finishes in seven meets

High School

• Won four letters for both track and field and cross country
• Named all-conference as a sophomore, junior and senior
• Team's MVP as a senior and also named Outstanding Senior
• 2015 state runner-up in the 300m hurdles (38.34)
• Took sixth place at state in 2015 for the 110m hurdles (14.92)
• 2015 Regional Champion in the 300m hurdles
• 2015 state runner-up in the indoor 55m hurdles
• 2015 300m hurdle and 110m hurdle champion at Carver Classic and CFV Conference Championships
• Competed for the Fayetteville Flyers Track Club and had great success
• Took ninth place in the 400m hurdles (53.68) at the 2015 USATF Junior Olympics
• Took second in that event (54.46) at the 2015 USATF Region 3 Championships
