2014-15

Indoor:

• Took home home five top-five finishes, seven top 10's and finished in the top 20 nine times
• Best placing of the season was second in the Mountaineer Open Indoor when he had a 400 time of 50.03
• Set a new PR for the 200m dash with a time of 23.07 at that same meet (seventh place)
• New PR in the 400m dash (49.94) came in his final indoor race of the season at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships (16th place/preliminary round)
• Placed fourth twice; once in the Hokie Invite's distance medley relay (10:20.18) and the Samford Multi and Invitational's 4x4 (3:19.94)
• Also took home a pair of fifth-place finishes at the ETSU Invite's 4x4 (3:18.10) and the Sun Belt Indoor Championships 4x4 (3:17.86)
• Part of the DMR team that placed second at the Sun Belt Indoor Championships with a time of 10:07.93

Outdoor:

• Earned a new best 200m time with a mark of 22.74 at the Wake Forest Open (35th place)
• Won the 4x4 at two different meets including the High Point VertKlasse (3:17.22) and the Charlotte Invite (3:14.25)
• In total, finished in the top five seven times and the top 20 on 10 occasions
• After the two titles, his next-best placing was third in the Wake Forest Open's 4x4 with a time of 3:16.08
• Was the fourth-place finisher at the App State Open Outdoor's 4x1 with a time of 41.85
• Took fifth place three times including the High Point VertKlasse's 400 (49.62), the Charlotte Invite's 400 (49.10) and the Sun Belt Outdoor Championships' 4x4 3:13.95

2013-14

Indoor:

• Finished third as member of 4x400m team at the Appalachian Indoor Invite
• Finished third in the 300m and set a personal-best of 36.17 at the Mountaineer Indoor Open
• Member of second-place 4x400m team at the Liberty Quad
• Member of second-place 4x400m team at the SoCon Indoor Championships and also placed fifth in the 400m dash.

Outdoor:

• Member of first-place 4x400m team at the Florida Relays
• Placed 39th in the 200m at the Wake Forest Open and ran a PR of 22.79
• Ran a personal-best 400m dash of 48.99 and placed second at the Carolina’s Cup
• Member of second-place 4x400m team at the SoCon Outdoor Championships and also took ninth in the 400m dash.

High School

• Earned Indoor Sectional MVP award in 2012 and 2013
• Was the Monroe County Champion in the 600m event in 2013
• Won the state championship in the 400m event
• Was a two-time 300m and 600m indoor sectional champion during his junior and senior seasons.
