• Ran a season-best time of 26:15 at the Winthrop Invitational

• Competed in the 800m and the mile run during indoor season
• Ran the 800m and the 1500m outdoors

• Ran in five races for Appalachian
• Best finish came at Gardner-Webb Invitational (8th)
