• Ran in five meets for the Apps
• Notched a 10th place finish at season opening meet (Covered Bridge)
• Time of 25:24 at the Paul Short Run was his season-best
•Posted a time of 25:37 at the SoCon Championship, good for 16th place overall in the conference
Track and Field
• Competed in the mile, 3000m, and 5000m during indoor season
•Scored points at the SoCon Indoor Championships with a seventh place finish in the 5000m.

• Ran in five races for Appalachian
• Best finish came at the Gardner-Webb Invitational (6th)

• Competed in the mile, 3000m and 5000m runs at three meets during the indoor season
• Ran both the 3000m and 5000m at the Davidson and Wake Forest Invitationals
